Become a fan of Lyngblomsten Foundation.

Our Community Engagement team raises money through the Lyngblomsten Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1985 to provide ongoing financial support to sustain Lyngblomsten's mission of innovative services and compassionate care for older adults.  Funds are raised through individual gifts, special events, sponsorships, memorial or honorary gifts, planned gifts (wills, trusts, estates, annuities), and designated campaigns.

The Lyngblomsten Foundation has an active board of directors.  There are also several committees and project teams that meet regularly with staff to carry out annual and long-range plans.

• Write a check (made payable to “Lyngblomsten Foundation”) and stop by or mail it to:

NOTE:  The Lyngblomsten Foundation fundraising year runs from October 1 to September 30. Annual donor recognition is given for gifts made and recorded between these dates.
