The Lyngblomsten Foundation exists to provide ongoing financial support for Lyngblomsten's programs and services for the elderly, including community outreach/support programs (Care Team Ministry, Lyngblomsten Community Center, Community Wellness & Education, Parish Nurse Ministry, and The Gathering), special construction projects, remodeling plans, the Good Samaritan Fund, and much more. Funds must be replenished each year to ensure the continuation of programs not funded by client fees. This is made possible through the generosity of dedicated donors who attend our special fund raising events, make financial contributions as part of their annual giving, or provide support beyond their lifetime through a planned gift (annuity, will or estate).
