This lecture is for families interested in having a will, trust, health care directive, and power of attorney. It will address various questions including:

  • Why is estate planning important?
  • What happens if you don't create a will?
  • What is the difference between power of attorney and a health care directive?
  • What happens if a person is cognitively disabled and wants to create an estate plan?
