What is all the buzz about “mindfulness”? Mindfulness is not new but has steadily been gaining the attention of the medical and mental health community. Studies have shown that when people practice mindfulness regularly, they experience desirable changes in their sense of well-being,
their relationships, their ability to concentrate, their experience of physical and emotional pain, and their capacity to enjoy life. Take a break from the frenzy of the holidays.
