Coach Bus Trip: Crooked Roads & Quiet Farms
Experience the peaceful, simple lives of our Amish neighbors in southern Minnesora when we visit some of their farms and workshops, Local low-tech businesses like furniture and basket-making will have items for sale, along with bakery items and sewing articles available from local farmers in their homes. Travel the countryside with glimpses of horse-drawn buggies and Amish children in their blue and black clothing and covered prager caps. A professional guide will lead us and fill us in on customs of this community. Lunch will be at Pedal Pushers and features Norwegian meatballs, potatoes, veggies and apple crisp. This trip will require some moderate activity with getting off and on coach bus.
