Lyngblomsten Care Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care in a facility to be as much like home as possible. Well-trained and caring staff feel privileged to provide person-centered, individualized care to enhance the quality of life for persons needing short-term care, long-term general care, and memory care.

  • Routine on-site visits from physicians and nurse practitioners
  • Spiritual wellness provided by on-staff chaplains, devotionals, weekly Mass and Sunday worship service
  • Individualized recreation programs including outings and concerts
  • Two specialized Alzheimer’s programs for those with Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias
  • 167 private rooms with private half baths
  • Many semi-private rooms have a window for each living space, and each room has a private half bath
  • Specialized life-enhancing programs such as P.A.L.S. (Passing Along Life’s Stories) and Purple Wishes and a soon-to-be-developed arts program All care center residents have access to the campus amenities.
