Memory Loss Services

Lyngblomsten recognizes the need to support individuals living with memory loss.  This includes supporting their caregivers.  As more individuals are being diagnosed earlier with Alzheimer's and other dementias, education and support can be beneficial for both the individual with the disease and their family members.  Both are seeking ways to continue living their lives in meaningful and productive ways by taking care of their holistic health—mind, body and spirit.  In an effort to expand its services to those with memory loss, Lyngblomsten Home- and Community-Based Services is introducing two new memory loss pilot programs:  Early Memory Loss Group and Caregiving Coaching.

For more information about either program, contact Betsy Hoffman at (651) 414-5291 or bhoffman@lyngblomsten.org.
