Caregiver Resources during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Being the best caregiver you can be means caring for yourself. 2nd Half with Lyngblomsten’s Caregiver Services team is here to help you on your caregiving journey. Our staff are providing support and resources remotely—including via email, on the phone, and through online meetings—during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In coordination with the Alzheimer's Association of Minnesota-North Dakota, we continue to offer our Memory Loss Caregiver Support Groups at their regularly scheduled dates/times. The meetings are held via Zoom video conference; however, participants may opt to call in using their telephone. New members are welcome to participate. See the schedule below.

- 2nd Tuesday each month at 9 AM
- 3rd Thursday each month at 10 AM
- 4th Tuesday each month at 10 AM

Are you looking for resources for yourself or the person you are caring for? Contact us to speak with a member of the 2nd Half with Lyngblomsten Caregiver Services Team.
Individual caregiver support sessions are available by phone. During these calls, we are able to provide reassurance, guidance, and offer strategies for support and self-care. These calls are available on an “as-needed” basis or scheduled regularly as monthly or twice-monthly appointments.

To make our caregiver services accessible to all, you will be asked to make a contribution. The fee for REACH (caregiver coaching) is based on a sliding scale.
