Make connections & gather resources at our support groups
Support groups can help you cope better and feel less isolated as you make connections with others facing similar challenges. It can be helpful just getting to talk with others who are in the same boat, and share experiences and advice. You don’t have to go through it alone.
Lyngblomsten’s support groups are open to the community. New members are always welcome.
