There are 10 unique general long-term care neighborhoods (small groupings of resident rooms) from which to choose your new home. Our caregivers, including chaplains, provide care for the human spirit as well as physical health. The staff’s commitment to providing excellent care has earned our care center a five-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Following our person-centered model of care, residents make as many of their own choices and decisions as possible allowing us to honor their personal preferences. Residents, caregivers, families and volunteers grow strong ties through ongoing relationships.
Lyngblomsten Care Center accepts admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Cost & Payments
Daily rates are based on level of care required and type of room requested (semi-private vs. private). We accept Medical Assistance, Private Insurance, HMOs, Medicare, and Private Funds.
