Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance

Reduce your risk of falls by improving balance, muscle strength, flexibility and mobility through coordinated movements in a slow, circular, flowing motion. Learn balance skills and good body alignment. This class can be done seated and/or standing, and is adaptable for people of different physical abilities.

This is an evidence-based fall prevention and balance training program for older adults. Relax and have fun with Tai Chi! No prior experience necessary.

Mondays & Thursdays, February 1–April 28
24 classes 

11 AM–12 PM at the 5-5-1 Club 

Fee:  $63 for all 24 classes
