The Heritage at Lyngblomsten is a 60-unit fair market-rate assisted living apartment building for people age 55+. We offer personalized living without the worries of maintaining a home. A variety of opportunities for social activities and other services are available. Involved management and staff promote the feeling of a caring family.
The Heritage at Lyngblomsten provides assisted living services through Lyngblomsten Home Health Services. Before moving in, all residents receive an assessment by a registered nurse to determine the level of care they need.
