all people and fosters a climate of purposeful inclusion of everyone.

Lyngblomsten Community Services empowers older adults and family caregivers to live well at home. Serving people in St. Paul and the east/northeast metro, we offer in-person and virtual programs, including:

• Enrichment programming for those living with memory loss:  The Gathering group respite.

• Support for family and friends in caregiving roles:  Information and referral services, memory loss support groups, educational opportunities, and respite programming
