Thank you for considering Lyngblomsten as you explore the options available in the Twin Cities area.  We offer a continuum of care, which means our programs and services are designed to meet your needs through all stages of aging. 

Our services are divided into two main areas, Residential and Supportive: 

• To learn about Lyngblomsten’s independent and assisted living, short-term rehab skilled nursing care, and long-term skilled nursing care (including memory care) options, please visit Residential Services.


• To learn about our community-based programs that support older adults living in their own homes and apartments, as well as services that support their family caregivers, (including programs that are sponsored in partnership with our corporate congregations), please visit Supportive Services.
