PEARLS (Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives)
Lyngblomsten Community Services is a PEARLS provider and host site in partnership with the Faith Community Nurse Network of the Greater Twin Cities.
PEARLS helps older adults experiencing low mood develop skills they need to maintain their health, happiness, and independence through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions with a trained PEARLS coach. Individuals will develop goals to improve physical health and social skills over eight sessions.
Sessions may be held on the Lyngblomsten campus in St. Paul, at the Faith Community Nurse Network office in Mahtomedi, online, or via phone.

*What is an evidence-based wellness class? According to Juniper, an evidence-based wellness class is based on rigorous research and is proven to produce results.
