Historic West 7th Street District of St. Paul
The cottages are located just two blocks north of St. Clair and three blocks west of West Seventh on Superior Street, between Duke and Erie streets, the area encompasses three acres.


There are two floor plans to choose from:  one-bedroom (670 square feet) and two-bedroom (880 square feet) units.  There is one unit designed for the mobility impaired and one caretaker cottage. All cottages have an attached garage and a separate front entry with a porch facing one of the surrounding streets.  Both on- and off-street guest parking is available.

Superior Street Cottages also features an attractive, flowered and accessible courtyard, located in the center of the cottage community.  This area serves as an outdoor meeting place and a restful area for those who enjoy the outdoors.

A spacious community room for planned activities is attached to the caretaker's cottage and serves as a meeting place for friends, neighbors, and relatives.  Tenants are welcome to participate in Lyngblomsten- sponsored events, including dining and activities at the 5-5-1 Club center, concerts, extended trips, local outings, educational programs, arts programming and more.  Many of these events take place on Lyngblomsten's main campus, located at 1415 Almond Avenue in St. Paul near Como Park.  Visit News & Events to see the calendar.  Also visit to view the 5-5-1 Club bi-monthly booklet of opportunities.


Call for pricing.  Lower monthly rents apply to those who are at or below income guidelines.  Nine units are available at this level.  Rent includes water and sewer, lawn upkeep, snow removal, trash removal, and interior/exterior maintenance.  Tenants pay individually for heat, electric, phone and cable.
