Join us for one of three Sneak Peek presentations this June to learn more about Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, a new senior living campus being built at the corner of Hodgson Road and County Road J!  Hear a presentation, see the plans, and reserve your unit!**

Upcoming Sneak Peek sessions:

• Wednesday, June 8, from 4–5:30 PM (presentation at 4 PM)
• Wednesday, June 8, from 6:30–8 PM (presentation at 6:30 PM)
• Tuesday, June 28, from 6:30–8 PM (presentation at 6:30 PM)

All Sneak Peeks are being held at Living Waters Lutheran Church (865 Birch Street, Lino Lakes, MN 55014).

Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes will be a continuum-of-care campus supporting a vibrant lifestyle for adults on their aging journey.  Located at the corner of Hodgson Road and County Road J, the campus will feature 20 detached rental townhomes; a multi-level senior living building with 96 independent living apartments, 35 assisted living apartments, and 17 memory care apartments, and an array of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a wellness center with warm water pool, restaurant and pub, chapel, courtyard, community garden, walking trails, and pickleball court.

**Currently taking reservations for rental townhomes (opening Fall 2022) and independent living apartments (opening Summer 2023). Reservations require a $5,000 refundable deposit. Assisted living and memory care reservations anticipated to begin in Fall 2022.
