FREE Whole-Person Wellness Screenings for adults ages 60+; April 25, 2024. Each individual can schedule a 45-minute appointment during the timeframe of 9 AM–2 PM.

Your screening may include:  setting individualized goals, speaking to a registered nurse, learning about body composition metrics, and more.  This opportunity is available through Lyngblomsten Community Services in partnership with the Faith Community Nurse Network of the Greater Twin Cities.
