Hosted by Lyngblomsten Community Services, each Memory Café session includes:

• Time to socialize over coffee and treats

• A hands-on art project for those with memory loss, led by teaching artist Harper Steinbach

• A small-group gathering for care partners, facilitated by Lyngblomsten social worker Lisa Brown

WHEN  Meets from 10–11:30 AM on Wednesdays: August 14 & 28, September 11 & 25, October 9 & 23, November 13 & 27, and December 11. Attend as many or as few sessions as you’d like.

WHERE  Community Room at the Lyngblomsten Como Park campus (1415 Almond Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55108)

COST  Contributions are welcome but not required.
