Lyngblomsten Care Center Renovation Project

Construction began:  Summer 2018
Expected completion date:  Fall 2020

Lyngblomsten has embarked on a $8.75 million renovation project for its 225-bed care center.  The project will be completed in phases over approximately two years.

Renovations will touch many areas of the Lyngblomsten Care Center and campus, including the following:

• Remodeling resident rooms and bathrooms
• Improving campus infrastructure
• Updating the main lobby, including adding a fireplace
• Remodeling neighborhood kitchens and living spaces
• Creating new activity and lounge spaces
• Updating corridors with new flooring and lighting designed for older eyes
• Landscaping the main entry, visitor parking, and island park
