Everyone is welcome to participate in Lyngblomsten events and activities. A small sampling of opportunities is listed below, with more listed in the latest Lyngblomsten Community Services eBulletin.

Additional activities are planned daily for housing tenants and care center residents. A sampling of those activities can be viewed on the Lyngblomsten Apartments, The Heritage apartments, and care center pages.

Lyngblomsten Services awarded Live Well at Home grant to provide in-home respite services

Lyngblomsten Services has been awarded a Live Well at Home grant for $132,388 from the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide in-home respite services for people caring for older adults with Alzheimer's disease , including virtual in-home services provided on a short-term basis from a remote location. Memory Loss Caregivers Support Group-Virtual

Family and friends who are caring for someone experiencing Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia are welcome to participate in this free support group offered by Lyngblomsten Community Services. Meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Each support group meeting lasts about one hour.
